Community Outreach

"The harvest is truly plenteous" Matthew 9:37 Through volunteering in our Community Outreach Programs (Bus/Van Ministry, Crossroads Youth Group, Food Pantry, Helping Hands, Night of Caring, Prayer Chain, and Prison Ministry), you always have the opportunity to worship God through service in the local church. If you are in need of any of the services or you would like to lend a helping hand, please visit Contact Us or call 978-582-4901.

Bus and Van Ministry

Every Sunday, TCB's vans go out to pick up children and adults who are interested in coming to church and require transportation and/or assistance in getting to and from church. Bus workers engage kids in singing, games, and contests during the ride. The bus ministry has been a great way to bring people to church who could not attend otherwise.

Crossroads Youth Group

"Let no man despise thy youth" 1 Timothy 4:12 We love teenagers! TCB has a very active teen group. Please visit our teens page for more information.

Food Pantry

Non-perishable food items are stored and distributed for church members and members of the community in need. At Thanksgiving, baskets are provided to families whose names have been submitted to the church office at least two weeks before the holiday.

If you find yourself in need in this area, please visit contact us or call the church secretary at 978-582-4901.

Helping Hands

Sometimes we all need a helping hand. Whenever church members are recovering from an illness, surgery, or child birth, church members volunteer to provide meals for each other. This ministry is made up of several ladies in the church who have volunteer to provide meals to church members who are recovering from illness, surgery, child birth.

If you find yourself in need in this area, please visit contact us or call the church secretary at 978-582-4901.

Night of Caring

"And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and the hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled." Matthew 14:23

Sometimes you just need a personal touch or someone to talk to. The last Wednesday of each month during the Wednesday evening service, church members volunteer to visit or call those that have visited our church or members of the community that need the encouragement.
If you would like a visit or phone call, or if you know someone who could benefit from a visit or phone call, please contact us.

Prayer Chain / Prayer Requests

"The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:16 If you have an urgent need that we can pray for, let us know. Your request will be sent to our pastoral staff and you can have it posted on the internet for others to pray for as well or sent through the TCB Prayer Chain. (Hyperlink to Contact Us)

Prison Ministry

If anyone can use a touch from God, it is those at the Worcester County House of Correction. This is a unique ministry where Pastor Burke (along with men from TCB and other area pastors) preach in Friday and Saturday afternoon and evenings.
They minister to a wide variety of inmates from 24 hour lock-up to the general population.

Other ministries of TCB:

We have a daycare for working parents to have peace of mind, a school (K4-12) to prepare students to academically and spiritually to serve God in their adult life, and a radio station to reach those outside the walls of the church.
